SuperBowl Weekend (:

Woahh, What a weekend. Our weekend started off HORRIBLE! :0) Ethan and Cody were both very sick. So Friday we rested, and all went to bed rather early! Saturday morning, we woke up- Made breakfast.. and laid around! Around 11:30 we went to my little brother's wrestling tournament.. FYI He won ;-) The smell of all the disgusting wrestlers got to me and Ethan so we went home for a nap! hehe After we woke up we took a little trip to TARGET!! The end of night Number 2! Haha exciting.. I told you! Now for the good stuff- SUPERBOWL SUNDAY!

It was Ethan's 2nd superbowl... not that he cared too much! :) Although he did win his first Superbowl bet! (We're framing his money!!) I don't remember much through out the year... BUT one thing I do remember is FOOTBALL. Who played who, stats, and scores. The superbowl is one of the greatest nights of my year! Even if the Giants are not playing :) Grown men that work their butts off all year, to play one last final game- before they are recognized as the Champions. I can't imagine how much heart goes into those games! The whole game, I always think to myself.. I wish I were a man! To stand on that field while someone sings our national anthem... The tapping of their feet, or their fingers- All the while they are getting so amped and pumped to kick the ass of Their opponent! GEEZ I CAN NOT WAIT for Ethan to play football!

Life of a working mommy

I recently started a new job, Working for my father in laws company. The excitment of a new job.. 2 incomes, Less stress.. more money, so we can save! All the finer things, right? Turns out, it's Not so glorious. I started the new job about 2 weeks ago. I leave around 6:45 A.M. And get home around 5:45 P.M. Start dinner, feed Ethan, bathe him, & then bedtime around 7:15 ish. And then the night is over, bedtime and do it again the next 4 days. WHERE DO THE HOURS GO?! When I am at work, I am counting down the hours until I get to be home with Ethan & Cody. They don't go by quick enough. But when I get home, It's like I blink and it's bedtime. I feel like I am missing out on EVERYTHING.

It's a very hard adjustment, but I'm sure as the days go by.. it will become our "normal."
